Welcome to the grand opening of the Lake of Art! The gnomes have been working tirelessly for the past epochs on the Lake of Art. You will find photography, digital art and mixed media swimming in the waters, perching upon the trees, or resting on a log. Please do not feed the animals.
Enjoy!

I am one of the organizers for this event! I helped design the website for an exciting event for Hack Club. I did the art for it! I animated the pixel desktop background, drew the app icons, and made the logo!
Chew on This is a miniature room I created from gum boxes, gum wrappers, and gum. The idea came to me one day when I was studying and chewing gum as I usually do. I just saw a pair of scissors next to me and before I knew it, I had made a tiny bed for one of the gum sticks! The idea just expanded from there. At the center of the room is the "person", a fresh unchewed stick of gum. They are in contrast to the rest of the room, where everything has been reshaped in some way. To me, the person symbolizes openness. It was really fun to experiment with a material that isn't usually used to make art! So chew on this: sometimes the most extraordinary worlds begin with something as simple as stick of gum.
I have been designing a character named Magic Frog! I am thinking to perhaps make a comic with the frog as the main character. These are some doodles I drew!
I really love the art style in Studio Ghibli films. I watched Castle in the Sky recently and wanted to draw a robot from Laputa because I think the design of them are very interesting! This was made in Procreate.
This summer, I went on a life-changing backpacking journey along the Pacific Crest Trail (the website and the documentary). When I returned, I wanted to make something special to always remember my adventures. I hand-crafted, wrote, bound, and decorated a book containg all the amazing tales from my adventures there! Some of my favorite parts are the bear pop-up, the crawfish model, 3D toilet, page of flowers, and campfire pop-up.

I drew this with Procreate a couple months ago. I took an image of a white bucket hat and turned it into the base of a UFO! There is an alien looking mindlessly into your soul. The rest is up for interpretation!
